About Us

LINC means Leadership – Inspiration – Nurture – Compassion

The mission of LINC is to provide biblical training for pastors and leaders in countries where resources are more difficult to come by.  Almost 90% of pastors in developing countries have little to no training.  Our passion is to serve leaders who have the heart for the kingdom but lack the resources to receive excellent and practical training.

What makes LINC unique is our approach.

Leadership

The approach of LINC is to bring leadership training to heroic leaders in developing parts of the world where training is not accessible.  LINC trains leaders to develop a biblical approach to leadership in the context of their own culture.  We believe this is accomplished by listening to the needs of the leaders, making materials practical and instantly useable and giving timeless principles upon which these leaders build.

Inspiration

LINC inspires pastors and leaders!  Someone once said that real inspiration leads to purposed perspiration.  .  Having trained and invested in countless numbers of pastors from around the world, we have discovered that inspiration is directly connected to Encouragement, Relationships and Hope. With these ingredients at the core of LINC, we seek to ignite the flames of leadership with the fuel of inspiration.  Encouragement – We speak words of counsel and provide practical encouragement and solutions for leaders and pastors.  Relationships – When ever possible we take meals, live and share space with the people we serve.  We partner pastors/churches from the West to the far-reaching places in this shrinking world for ongoing coaching and care.  Hope – Hope is what happens when what it true about God eclipses what seems so real about life.  Christ centered practical training brings hope and hope inspires.

Nurture

Caring for leaders is a key component to LINC.  Far too many pastors and leaders throughout the world live without the benefit of personal coaching and care.  One of the most frequent expressions of gratitude we receive from pastors in developing nations when we are together is how much it means to them that we care.  LINC seeks to nurture these pastors and leaders through personalized training, prayer and ongoing coaching and relationships.

Compassion

Leaders in developing nations often lack the resources to make a difference.  They do not have access to medicine, first aid, trained medical personnel, hygiene supplies, food, water, mosquito nets and man power.  LINC seeks to discover needs and then supply ministries and churches with these vital resources.  Our focus is to give the indigenous ministry a quantum leap forward into their community by bringing helpful resources to a ministry and partnering with them to serve others.

Our belief is that this approach will provide a quantum leap forward for local indigenous leaders to develop their ministry skills and access their communities.
